Easy Church Membership

Easy Church Membership is to be used to maintain a database of church members, all tithes and giving, ministry membership, administrative committees, small group Bible study groups, and spiritual gifts. At the church level there is a prayer list, church calendar, and staff calendar. The program is multi-user when installed on a network. The member tithing functions and windows are all password protected. Includes Visitation and Outreach Managers.. Christian software for church ministries and staff.. RCL Software started by writing a library program for the church media library. The library ministry can catalog, maintain circulation with or without barcode scanning, track history, and with may reports. Like the library manager most of our programs are to meet a need. The Pastor's Study was requested by our pastor to keep a comprehensive list of sermons, books in his library, visitation diary, contacts, counseling notes, expenses, prayer list and personal goals. The RCL Music Ministry was also the result of a need. This program will track song and collection usage, choir member information and history. The Outreach program was also requested by a church in need. They wanted to be able to track the visitors to their church, as well as new neighbors. The Outreach and Visitation program meets their need. Lastly, there is the Bible Teacher's Planner to help not only Sunday School teachers, but all Bible study teachers prepare and catalog their lessons.
